Welcome to this weeks blog, featuring another underused colour! So much so I can’t find a current card to showcase ?
As one of the many things I love about Stampin’ Up! is the ease of colour coordination, in 50 gorgeous colours.
If you can’t have all of them, pick a dark colour and you can make it lighter by using second or third generation. I have shown this below for Shaded Spruce.
I don’t think any other company offers such a coordinated palette ?
Stampin’ Up! group the colours in families, Brights, Regals, Neutrals and Subtles. My blog series is following the rainbow that I store my inks and cardstock in.
This week I am showcasing Shaded Spruce, a beautiful regal shade that is much underused in my craft room! It is amazing for Christmas…. so its about to come into its own.
All Stampin’ Up colours come in ink and cardstock. They feature in a selection of Designer Series Papers, including the family. Cajun Craze is in Stampin Write markers and blends pens.
The Regals family is below on the left and on the right the Shaded Spruce in more detail.
Shaded Spruce features in the Santa Express Memories and More card pack and Envelopes.
Add card bases to make lots of cards ? The card pack includes 54 double-sided printed cards you can use for quick card fronts. It also includes 2 sheets of stickers, 4 acetate overlays, and 2 laser-cut sheets to embellish your projects.
This range of coordination make creating projects simpler, you really don’t have to worry about mismatched colours.
Here are the papers Shaded Spruce currently features in
