Welcome and hello! I do hope if you are in the UK you survived todays storms. Wow that was a windy one!
I have recently reorganised how I store my dies. Instead of storing them with the related Stampin Up! stamp set they are now in a folder by my Stampin Cut & Emboss unit. Wow its changed my die use….
The Stampin’ Up Brilliant Wings dies have been neglected. It has 2 dies that cut a pattern into the paper rather than cut a shape. The little brick type one cuts the shape and don’t forget to keep the cut out bits too to use ?
I made this card with the dies and a stamp from the Host set Natural Textures with a smudge using the blending brushes. You can see I have used one of the small dies to create the slashes.
I love the shock of pink. I used the Polished Pink vellum for the top layer. Below you can see a close up of the layers I used for the cards.

Hi Marie. I really love the first card on this page but cannot work out what has cut the stone like effect on the top right of the card. Can you advise please… Babsie. xxx
Hi Babsie, thank you for reading my blog. I think you mean the one with the pink butterfly? It is one of the dies, it creates the cuts, I used it twice to create that pattern x
Hi Marie,
What stamp set did you use for the “flourish” with the flowers on it in the butterfly and bubbles card?
thanks,
Marcia
Do you mean the pale green card Marcia? It is from the host set Natural Textures.
