Well, the mini catalogue is live and SALEa-bration well under way!
A couple of the items Dazzling Papers and the dies are limited in stock, so don’t delay if you adore these lines.
This week I feature Delicate Dahlia’s – only available FREE during SALEa-bration with a spend of £90 on Stampin Up! products of your choice.
I show you 2 different ways to create cards with this set. The possibilities are of course only limited by your imagination! No one makes us stick to natures colours either 💕
The first card style features a fussy cut Dahlia flower. I stamped the image with memento and used Stampin Up! blends, light So Saffron, dark Daffodil Delight, dark Calypso Coral and dark Flirty Flamingo.
The card base is Calypso Coral with a layer of So Saffron with added gold thread and embellishments. I stamped the leaves directly onto Shimmery White card. After fussy cutting out the flower I mounted it on dimensionals, then placed it so I was happy with way the leaves showed behind the flower head.
The next two cards are the same design both with sentiments from Stampin Up! Sunny Sentiments. I think they look quite different due to the orientation and colours used.
I used Stampin Up! blends on the top card and the infill stamp on the bottom card. Both are on Crumb Cake card with images stamped in Crumb Cake. Do you have a preference?
The top card features Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay, I used the Bermuda Bay blends and also the Color Lifter – always important to have this when you buy blends. The second card features Polished Pink and Cherry Cobbler.
