Hello and how are you this week? Welcome to September – where is time going?
At Stampin Up! we have two Ephemera packs both shown below. This blog is only showing the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera pack in use.
In essence these sets are pre-cut embellishments for you to use as you wish. I used the Blackberry Beauty Speciality papers along with the coordinating cardstock.
I picked Stampin Up! Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry, Cinnamon Cider, Early Expresso and Polished Pink. Add any sentiments you have – my FAVOURITE is Stampin Up! Biggest Wish currently.
Add as many or as few of the ephemera embellishments as you wish. The card on the left has only two, a gold piece and a tag. The card on the right has four with an added bow. I cut around the stamped sentiments and added it to the card on a piece of foam adhesive sheet.
I cut the patterned paper on this card with one of the Picture This dies. Some of the circles I added back on with dimensionals. The gold Ephemera piece was added in-between the cinnamon cider layer and the patterned paper. The owl was added last on dimensionals on the body.
The frame on this card I mounted on the Foam adhesive strips. The bunch of acorns on a piece of foam adhesive sheet. I haven’t added a sentiment yet, I am thinking something top and bottom, what do you think?
I realised as writing this I have used 3 different foam adhesive types. This is why we have options! I could have cut strips from the foam adhesive sheet but the strips are so much easier. Some elements I could have used dimensionals, I personally find cutting a piece of foam adhesive sheet gives a more stable element. Use the one you prefer and consider as you use whichever it is whether you could use an alternative 😁🥰
